Frequently asked questions
Where should I start?
Read the application checklist, then sign in to the student portal to explore course information. Verify the course and intake requirements with the institution before making a decision.
Do I need an account?
The founder page and guides are public. Course exploration, personal profile, documents and application pages require a student account and may require verification and onboarding.
What is GURU?
GURU is the intelligence behind UNISOOO. Our approach is to help students understand information and organize preparation while they check sources and retain control. AI responses can be wrong or incomplete.
Does UNISOOO guarantee admission or a visa?
No. Institutions decide admission and the relevant authorities decide visas. Published requirements, complete documents and platform guidance do not guarantee an outcome.
Can a university sign in here?
Representatives with an existing authorized account can use the separate university portal to work with their institution's course information and applications. For a university enquiry, use the public business contact on our About page.
