IMPORTANT NOTICE
By creating a UNISOOO account, accessing the UNISOOO platform, submitting an application, uploading documents, communicating through the platform, using Nexus, Circle, Accommodation, Travel, Support Services, AI Services, or any related service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must not create an account or use the platform.
1. Student Declaration of Truthful Information
The student declares and warrants that all information submitted through UNISOOO is true, complete, accurate, current, and not misleading. The student agrees that: • All personal details provided are accurate. • All academic records are genuine. • All employment records are genuine. • All financial information is accurate. • All uploaded documents belong to the student or are legally authorised for use. • All visa-related information is accurate. • All statements made during applications are truthful. The student understands that providing false, misleading, manipulated, altered, fabricated, forged, fraudulent, or deceptive information may result in immediate account suspension, application cancellation, permanent account termination, reporting to educational institutions, reporting to government authorities, and other legal consequences.
2. Document Authenticity Requirements
The student agrees not to upload: • Fake academic certificates. • Altered transcripts. • Forged bank statements. • Forged employment letters. • Forged identity documents. • Forged passport documents. • Fraudulent financial evidence. • Fraudulent English language test results. • Fraudulent visa documentation. • Any document that has been modified to misrepresent facts. The student acknowledges that educational institutions, government authorities, visa authorities, and UNISOOO may conduct verification checks.
3. Fraud Prevention Policy
The student agrees not to: • Commit fraud. • Attempt fraud. • Assist fraud. • Facilitate fraud. • Circumvent platform security. • Create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes. • Use another person's identity. • Impersonate another individual. • Misrepresent qualifications. • Submit false applications. • Abuse scholarships. • Abuse financial assistance programs. • Abuse referral programs. • Engage in deceptive conduct. Any suspected fraud may result in investigation and permanent restriction from UNISOOO services.
4. University and Institution Policy Acceptance
The student acknowledges and agrees that each university, college, institute, school, pathway provider, training provider, or educational institution has its own: • Admission requirements. • Academic policies. • Refund policies. • Tuition fee policies. • Attendance requirements. • Progress requirements. • Student conduct requirements. • Visa compliance requirements. • Privacy policies. • Institutional regulations. The student agrees to comply with all applicable policies, rules, regulations, procedures, and requirements of any institution to which they apply or enrol. UNISOOO is not responsible for institutional decisions regarding admission, refusal, cancellation, suspension, deferment, expulsion, scholarship decisions, tuition fee changes, or academic outcomes.
5. Visa and Immigration Responsibility
The student acknowledges that visa approval is solely determined by the relevant immigration authority. UNISOOO does not guarantee: • Visa approval. • Immigration approval. • Permanent residency. • Citizenship outcomes. • Work rights. • Scholarship approval. • Admission approval. The student remains solely responsible for complying with all immigration laws and visa conditions.
6. Platform Conduct Rules
The student agrees not to: • Harass other users. • Threaten other users. • Bully other users. • Discriminate against other users. • Upload offensive content. • Upload unlawful content. • Upload malicious software. • Attempt unauthorised access. • Disrupt platform operations. • Abuse support staff. • Abuse university representatives.
7. Nexus Community Rules
Nexus is intended solely for educational networking and student support. Students must not: • Send spam. • Send unsolicited advertising. • Harass users. • Mislead users. • Share unlawful material. • Use Nexus for fraudulent purposes. UNISOOO reserves the right to suspend Nexus access without notice where misuse is detected.
8. Circle Community Rules
Students participating in circles agree to: • Maintain respectful communication. • Share accurate information. • Avoid harassment. • Avoid discrimination. • Avoid commercial spam. • Avoid misleading content. UNISOOO may remove content, restrict access, or suspend users for violations.
9. Accommodation and Travel Disclaimer
Accommodation and travel information may be submitted by students, third-party providers, or partners. UNISOOO does not guarantee: • Accuracy of listings. • Availability of accommodation. • Quality of accommodation. • Travel arrangements. • Third-party services. Students are responsible for conducting independent due diligence before entering any agreement.
10. Account Security
Students are responsible for: • Protecting passwords. • Protecting authentication devices. • Maintaining account security. • Reporting unauthorised access. The student must not share account credentials with any other person.
11. Privacy and Data Processing
The student acknowledges that UNISOOO may collect, process, store, and use information necessary for: • Admissions processing. • Application management. • Student support. • Compliance requirements. • Verification requirements. • Security monitoring. • Platform improvement.
12. Audit Logging and Monitoring
For security, compliance, fraud prevention, and operational purposes, UNISOOO may record: • Login activity. • Device information. • Browser information. • IP addresses. • Account activity. • Application activity. • Communication activity. • Document activity.
13. Account Restriction and Termination
UNISOOO reserves the right to: • Suspend accounts. • Restrict accounts. • Disable features. • Remove applications. • Remove content. • Terminate accounts. • Permanently ban users. Where serious violations occur.
14. Limitation of Liability
UNISOOO provides a technology platform connecting students, institutions, and support services. UNISOOO does not guarantee: • Admission outcomes. • Visa outcomes. • Scholarship outcomes. • Employment outcomes. • Academic outcomes. • Accommodation outcomes. Students remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By selecting "I Agree", creating an account, signing in, or using any UNISOOO service, the student confirms that: ✓ They have read these Terms & Conditions. ✓ They understand these Terms & Conditions. ✓ They agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. ✓ All information submitted is truthful and accurate. ✓ They accept the policies of institutions to which they apply. ✓ They understand that fraudulent conduct may result in suspension, termination, institutional reporting, and legal consequences. ✓ They consent to compliance monitoring, audit logging, security monitoring, and account verification processes. I CONFIRM THAT ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY ME IS TRUE, COMPLETE, ACCURATE, AND NOT MISLEADING, AND I AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE UNISOOO POLICIES, EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION REQUIREMENTS, AND RELEVANT LAWS.
